Reformed Prayer App - Support

How do I sign in to the app?

The app supports two sign-in methods:

• Sign in with Google - Available on all platforms
• Sign in with Apple - Available on iOS devices

Simply tap your preferred sign-in method on the login screen.

How do I enable prayer notifications?

Go to your device's Settings → Apps → Prayer App → Notifications and ensure notifications are enabled. For Android 12+, you may also need to enable "Alarms & reminders" permission.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Please email us at prayerapp@christchurchbellingham.org with:

• Your device type (iPhone/Android)
• App version (found at the bottom of the main screen)
• Description of the issue or feature request
• Screenshots if applicable

Privacy & Data

We take your privacy seriously. The app only collects:

• Basic profile information from your Google/Apple account (name, email, profile photo)
• Church membership information
• Prayer presence data (when you're actively praying)

We never share your data with third parties.
